SHIPPING

We offer trackable, secured international shipping for all orders. Note that some of our products have a lead time and can take extra time to process and ship, as they are made-to-order by our artisans and craftsmen. Please refer to the product description to see if there is an extended lead time for your product.

When multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately, directly from our various artisans' studio locations in order to minimize the carbon footprint associated with central processing and to decrease shipping times. In these cases, you will receive 2 or more tracking numbers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please email info@wabigoods.com with your full name, order number, item description, and a detailed description of the reason for your return.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, the restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived.

Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery will be declined.
