Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Redemption

Wabi Goods Gift Cards may be redeemed toward eligible purchases made through Wabi Goods. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance may be paid using another accepted payment method.

No Expiration

Wabi Goods Gift Cards do not expire, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

No Fees

Wabi Goods Gift Cards have no dormancy, service, maintenance, or other fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Treat your Gift Card like cash. Wabi Goods is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization, except to the extent required by applicable law.

If you believe your Gift Card has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization, please contact Wabi Goods as soon as possible. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify ownership and investigate the matter.

Fraud and Scams

Wabi Goods will never ask you to purchase a Gift Card and provide the Gift Card number or redemption information as payment for an unrelated debt, fee, fine, or other obligation.

Be cautious of anyone requesting payment by Gift Card. Wabi Goods is not responsible for losses resulting from fraudulent transactions initiated by third parties, except to the extent required by law.

Non-Transferability

Gift Cards may be transferred or given to another person by the purchaser or recipient, but may not be resold for more than their face value or otherwise sold for commercial purposes without Wabi Goods' written authorization.

Refunds and Returns

Except where required by law, Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any refund for a purchase originally made using a Gift Card may be issued back to the Gift Card or otherwise handled in accordance with Wabi Goods' applicable return and refund policy.

Verification

Wabi Goods reserves the right to request reasonable verification of a Gift Card, the purchaser, or the intended recipient before accepting or replacing a Gift Card, particularly where fraud, unauthorized use, or other suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wabi Goods will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use a Gift Card.

To the extent permitted by law, if a Gift Card is defective or otherwise cannot be properly redeemed due to an error attributable to Wabi Goods, the sole remedy will be replacement of the Gift Card with a new Gift Card of equal value or another remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Wabi Goods reserves the right to modify these Gift Card terms from time to time, provided that any modification will not impair rights applicable to Gift Cards already purchased except as permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to a Wabi Goods Gift Card will be handled in accordance with Wabi Goods' applicable Terms of Service and any dispute-resolution provisions contained therein, subject to applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Wabi Goods reserves all rights not expressly granted under these terms.
